Ticket & Refund Policy
1. General
All tickets purchased for events operated by Reel Thing Events Ltd are subject to the terms below.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these conditions.
2. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
We strongly recommend selecting Refund Protection at checkout if you would like the option to claim a refund in certain circumstances (such as illness, injury, or travel disruption). Refund Protection is provided by a third party, and any claims must be made directly through them.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you are very welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending in your place has all relevant event details.
4. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the event where necessary, including (but not limited to) adjustments to timing, format, or running order.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
5. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
6. Refund Protection
Refund Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout and is provided by a third-party partner called XCover.

7. Admission
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
No refund will be given in such circumstances.
8. Liability
Guests attend events at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.
